Data Controller and Representative

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"),the Health Services Fundamental Law No. 3359, the Decree Law on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliated Institutions (No. 663),the Private Hospitals Regulation, the Ministry of Health regulations, and other relevant legislation; we, Doç. Dr. Fatih Ceran, provide information within the scope of this Clarification Text regarding the collection and processing of your personal data, including sensitive personal data, in compliance with the law, while you benefit from our health and other services.

As the Data Controller, Doç. Dr. Fatih Ceran may collect, store, update, share, transfer, classify, and process your personal data in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and within the legal framework.

Personal Data Processing Purpose

The personal data collected will be used for various purposes such as planning and executing operational activities, confirming identity, protecting public health, providing healthcare services (diagnosis, treatment, and care),managing healthcare finance, and addressing patient inquiries and complaints. Furthermore, these data may be shared with authorized third parties, including public institutions, insurance companies, and business partners, as permitted by relevant regulations.

Data Sharing and Transfer

The personal data may be shared with legally authorized third parties such as health institutions, public authorities, private insurance companies, and legal representatives, both domestically and internationally, in compliance with legal obligations and for the purposes outlined above.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Law No. 6698

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

1. Learn whether your personal data is processed.

2. Request information about your personal data if it has been processed.

3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in compliance with that purpose.

4. Know which third parties your data has been shared with, both domestically and internationally.

5. Request correction of inaccurate data and have it communicated to third parties.

6. Request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer apply.

7. Object to the processing of your personal data via automated systems if it results in negative consequences for you.

8. Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.

Security and Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed and transferred in accordance with the security measures and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
