Deformations in the Labium Major (Outer Lip) or Labium Minor (Inner Lip) located in the female external genitalia can be sexually and socially disturbing. It is possible to correct these deformations with appropriate surgical approaches. A 4-week sexual abstinence is applied after these interventions, which can be performed under local anesthesia or sedation. At the end of 4 weeks, there is no surgical scar in the patient. However, he can return to his sexual life. The vagina may enlarge as a result of reasons such as advancing age, normal birth, sexual intercourse, abortion and similar interventions. Vaginal tightening surgery, also known as "Vaginoplasty", is performed to restore the vagina to its former tightness. For this, it is possible to perform surgical tightening as well as laser tightening. With this new technique, application can be made without using a scalpel and faster recovery is achieved. The vagina may be deformed due to hereditary or postpartum loosening. In this problem, the vaginal canal is narrowed by removing the mucosa and muscle tissue from the posterior wall of the vagina and suturing it again.
